SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises housing, planetary multistage reduction gear with two safety couplings 33, 56, two drive elements 38, 61, sets of gears 2, 46, 51 and idlers. Planetary reduction gear first stage comprises inner gearing gear, braked epicyclic gear 7, pinion frame 4 with two dual-rim planet pinions 5, sun gear 8 made up of cup with toothed coupling 12 with inner teeth. Planetary reduction gear second stage comprises half-coupling 13 with outer teeth, epicyclic gear 44, sun gear 21 engaged with fist safety coupling 33 via large gear 22, first idler 28, fist set of gears 27 and small gear 32. Epicyclic gear 44 is engaged with second safety coupling 56 via second 46 and third 51 sets of gears and small gear 55. First safety coupling 33 is engaged with first drive element 38 via large gear 36, second idler 39 and small gear 37. Second safety coupling 56 is engaged with second drive element 61 via large gear 59, third idler 62 and small gear 60 fitted on the shaft of second safety coupling. Drive elements 38, 61 are equipped with electric brakes.

EFFECT: higher efficiency.
