FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to multistage mechanical transmissions. Planetary gearbox contains the input shaft, two series-connected gearboxes, each of which is provided with the planetary gears. First gearbox consists of two planetary gears with single-crown satellites and with the controlled brake, which is mounted on the driving mechanism of the planet gear. Second gearbox consists of several planetary gears containing the controlled brakes. Brake of one planetary gear of the first gearbox is connected to the driving device, and the brake of the second planetary gear of the first gearbox is connected to the ring gear. Second gearbox is made with two planetary gears, each of which is equipped with two rows of four-crown satellites, which are placed on the carriers and controlled by eight brakes. Each brake is made in the form of the braking system, which contains twelve piston cylinders that are arranged evenly along the circumference of the outer surface of the transverse section of the gearbox housing.
EFFECT: increased power of the planetary gearbox and increased efficiency are achieved.
