FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: position sensor for a valve controlled by means of a drive comprises a casing and a rotary driven lever. The casing bears one component of the group. This group comprises a magnetic flow sensor and a source of a magnetic flow for detection of magnetic field variances that occur as a result of relative displacement of the magnetic flow sensor and the magnetic flow source. The rotary driven lever bears another component from the specified group providing for relative displacement of the magnetic flow sensor and the magnetic flow source. In the rotary driven lever there is one element of the group comprising an inclined surface and a contact element, to ensure movable contact with another element of the specified group, available on the movable component of the specified valve. The rotary driven lever is connected to the casing as capable of rotation relative to it. There is a unit of a position sensor and a version of a position sensor design for the valve.
EFFECT: improving position sensor reliability.
