SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lifting devices. Proposed device comprises flexible pipelines extending from boom crane (3) via its end section (2) to tool (4) hinged to crane boom by means of lever mechanism (5) and frame being a component of rotary device (6). For discrete and protected passage of hoses device comprises first holder (35) in opening (3A) of end section (2), second holder (38) in central area of rotary device (6), first hose assembly (1A-1D), which passes between by said first (35) and second holders (38), through hole (26) in central area of rotary device (6) and allowing hydraulic fluid medium to pass through rotary device (6) and further into its lower part (18), and at least one of second (B) and third (C) horizontal axes, which comprises "open joint".

EFFECT: ensuring safe transfer of data between the end of the boom of the crane and control units.
