FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for creation of electric power supply systems of domestic and small-motor sector in alternating current circuits for the purpose of reducing commercial and technical losses in 0.4 kV circuits. Electric energy metering method consists in the fact that electric power consumers are connected through shielded isolating transformer located in the earthed housing to instruments located at points of immediate connection to 0.4 kV distributing system, which consist of electric energy metre, control unit, separating high-frequency filter, the first electrical network modem connected directly to 0.4 kV distributing system, the second electrical network modem connected to electric power supply line of the consumer and the third electrical network modem to which the information on the electric energy consumption is supplied.

EFFECT: reducing commercial and technical electric energy losses occurring at electric power supply to domestic and small-motor subscribers.
