FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: in order to measure electric field intensity there performed is amplitude-pulse modulation of its value by means of electromechanical modulator, and modulated signal as per the value of which electric field intensity is determined, is recorded. In addition, shape and ratio of modulator output signal is chosen with possibility of maximisation of the level of one of multiple signal harmonics, which lies beyond the band limits of electromagnetic interference. Spectrum analysis of modulator output signal is made for various ratio values. Relationships of spectrum coefficients of modulator output signal decomposition are obtained from ratio of output signal pulses. Recording of modulated signal is performed at frequency of multiple harmonics of modulation frequency which has maximum value of decomposition coefficient at the chosen signal ratio.

EFFECT: improving accuracy, resolution capability and interference resistance of measurements of electric field intensity in conditions of industrial interference.
