SUBSTANCE: device (10) is installed next to the toilet bowl (1) in the toilet room to keep the upper part of the user body while sitting on the toilet bowl. It comprises a support board for supporting upon it with hands, made with the possibility of turning up or down relative to its first end between the wall and in front of the upper part of the user's body. The support board includes a receiving part, made in the middle part of the upper surface of the support board, which is closed with a lid opening pivotally; a lamp of the far-infrared spectrum, installed in each of the transparent windows made on the support board on opposite sides from the receiving part; a lamp is made with the ability to work from the electrical power supplied from the outside, controlled by means of the control unit for feeding the working control signal; a damping element attached to the upper surface of the support board; a support made on the lower surface of the support board facing down when the support board is removed from the wall and turned in a lower position, the support is adapted to rest against the wall and create a rest for the load applied to the support board; and the hinge assembly mounted on opposite sides of the first end of the support board, the hinge assembly is connected to the opposite side walls of the lower end of the main body of the device, made flush with the wall.
