FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: low-emission cyclone reactor has vertical housing consisting of the first conical stage and at least three cylindrical separation stages of crushed fuel into fractions. Fuel and primary air is tangentially supplied to the first conical stage of reactor at angle β=2.5°, which allows using the fuel with particle size of up to 3 mm. Secondary air is tangentially supplied to upper part of the third stage at fixed position of gate valves at angle φ=78°-88°. In order to remove ash from upper reactor stage there provided are ash removal pipes attaching the upper stage to slag and ash hopper.
EFFECT: increasing combustion efficiency of crushed fuel, enlarging the range of particle size distribution, improving the quality and simplifying the burning process control, and reducing the content of nitrogen oxides in flue gases.
