FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: device includes a housing, a recirculation duct, a control damper and an exhaust pipe. A combustion chamber, a convection gas duct and a bank of flame tubes, which are cooled by a water jacket, are located in the housing. The combustion chamber and the convection gas duct are connected to each other via the recirculation duct and a flue gas flow duct. The convection gas duct is combined with the bank of flame tubes, at the outlet of which a gas duct and an exhaust pipe are located. The housing is connected to a cover plate, in which there is a hole for a burner and control damper allowing to change the cross-section for passage of flue gas in the recirculation duct. In the upper part of the housing there located are branch pipes designed for water supply and discharge.
EFFECT: control of combustion temperature and maximum range of a flame; reduction of metal consumption of the device.
