FIELD: information technology.

SUBSTANCE: receiving antenna of the test apparatus is mounted on a movable mechanism which enables to move said antenna in different directions, which enables the global navigation satellite system receiving apparatus to function in at least one reference point. Signals from the same satellites are simultaneously received and a session for simultaneously taking satellite measurements at the test apparatus is performed over a given time period. Further, at the global navigation satellite system receiving apparatus, the antenna of the test apparatus is moved using the movable mechanism in a given direction and over a given distance, and a new session for taking satellite measurements is performed. The described procedures are repeated for the required number of times. After performing the set number of measurement sessions, all obtained measurement results are processed and measurement accuracy is estimated as the difference between displacement values of the antenna of the test apparatus and displacements given when testing using the movable mechanism.

EFFECT: high reliability of estimating accuracy of determining coordinates in different conditions.
