FIELD: information technology.

SUBSTANCE: system contains sequentially functionally connected information sources, compression and conversion unit (CCU) for binary digital streams (BDS), transmitter, receiver, conversion and decompression unit (CDU) in BDS, and, if necessary, formatting and multiple accesses units, where processor-based CCU provides possibility to orderly and simultaneously in one tact read out binary digits of BDS, split bits into groups, form M1,n symbols corresponding to these groups, convert these symbols. CDU is made capable to select specific M1,n-signals from single-tact transmitted cluster, to obtain specific M1,n-symbols, to select in each subgroup corresponding bit version and to recover in prescribed manner according to received versions specific group of Kn bits, while ITRS is made capable to select reference signals.

EFFECT: higher data transmission effectiveness including providing necessary information capacity and range of coverage.
