FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the telecommunications and can be used as data receipt and transmission system (DRTS) via digital connection. It is achieved because DRTS contains operatively linked dissimilar data sources, compress binary transfer rates (BTR) and their conversion system into signal flow and inverse conversion of signal flow in flow of compressed BTR, decompression block, data users and, if required, sectoring and multi-access blocks. At that compression block is made with ability of generating in its processor of ordered, simultaneous at heartbreak of binary digits BTR and their conversion into flow of Mn symbols. Decompression block is made with the ability of simultaneous at heartbeat conversion in its processor of digital flow Mn symbols into BTR, orderly delivered, as while reading, to the users.
EFFECT: effectiveness improvement of frequency recourse usage.
