SUBSTANCE: invention concerns communication technology and can be applied as digital information reception and transmission system (IRTS). To achieve the objective, IRTS includes versatile information sources connected functionally in series, compression unit, including combination and binary digital data stream (BDDS) units, low-frequency signal modulator, transmitter, low-frequency signal demodulator, digital data stream decompression unit in BDDS, information users, and, if required, formatting and multiple access units. Compression unit processor can produce sequenced BDDS binary digit reading over a single time step and digit conversion into Mn-ary symbols stream, while decompression unit processor can convert Mn-ary symbols stream into BDDS over a single time step, which is further transmitted to users in sequenced form as by reading.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of frequency resource utilisation.
