FIELD: information technology.

SUBSTANCE: in prototype device analog switch and weighting summator connected in series are introduced. The second input of summator is connected to the first output of commutator-mixer the second output of which is connected to information input of analog switch the control input of which is connected to direct output of RS-trigger, and "video" output of weighting summator is the output of claimed device. In the commutator, additional counts of signal charge accumulation in CCD matrix are realised, shutter area S1 of field transistor executing collection of charge carriers in the first VCCU of CCD matrix is executed according to maximum control capability of charge-controlled transformation, and shutter area S2 of similar field transistor in the second VCCU - according to criterion of minimum own noise introduction into image signal where S1>S2.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of recursive filtering resulting from higher noise-signal ratio of image output signal by means of additional control of delayed component accumulation time of this videosignal and lowering level of introduced noise.
