SUBSTANCE: optimization of light/signal transformation and performing it on single crystal of photoelectric receptor. Also it is achieved by primary formation of parts of video signal combined image is performed in form of charges simultaneously on two targets of one CCD matrix in complementary and incompatible areas of photometering with different time of charge accumulation and different amplification ratio of video amplifiers. The expansion of dynamic range is achieved due to optimization of “charge-voltage” transformation in photoelectric receptor by choosing necessary area of transistor control gate (ΔS) that collects charge carriers for dark and/or low light details of scene.
EFFECT: expanded dynamic range and increased geometric precision of formation of output image of TV camera.
