FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: cell can suppress mutual interference for transmissions of uplink and can observe lower active noise and mutual interference due to mutual interference suppression. Lower active noise and mutual interference can enable cell to work with higher active target load which can support higher total throughput for cell. In one of structures, active target load for cell which uses mutual interference suppression can be determined for example based on target exceeding thermal noise level (RoT) for cell and efficiency factor of mutual interference suppression. Available load for cell can be determined based on active target load that can be higher than target load for cell without mutual interference suppression. In this case, users in cell can planned for transmission via uplink on the basis of available load.
EFFECT: better planning on account of mutual interference between uplink transmissions.
