FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the technology for production of food products for space alimentation. The method envisages preparation of the recipe components, cutting and poaching sweet pepper with addition of melted butter, cutting and sauteing eggplants, carrots and bulb onions in melted butter, sauteing tomato puree in melted butter, blanching rice, mixing the listed components with salt and black hot pepper, stewing, sublimation drying, inspecting, packing into bags of combined material in nitrogen or under vacuum and sealing.
EFFECT: produced product is capable to withstand dynamic and thermal loads related to transportation to the orbital spacecraft, its usage is fraught with no threat to chemical, physical and microbiological safety of the orbital spacecraft which makes the product acceptable for usage in space alimentation during an orbital flight.
