FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Osteotomy of fibula is carried out. At the level of intended for basic supports Kirschner's wires are passed by one, perpendicular to position of bone fragments axes. At the level of application of reducing ellipsoid-shaped support are passed through ends of bone fragments, matching axis of wires with the line of future transfer. On all wires two telescopic rests, immediately adjacent to bone, are placed. Wires are fixed in supports, on reducing ellipsoid-shaped support they are fixed without tightening. Elimination of axial deformation is carried out by increase of distance between basic supports under control of X-ray apparatus. Congruence of end surfaces of bone fragments and their coaxiality are achieved by pushing movements from the side of deformation angle apex through rests along wire course on middle ellipsoid-shaped support with application of outrigger at rate 1-2 mm per day. After elimination of angular deformation wires are fixed on all supports, ellipsoid-shaped support being used as stabilising one.

EFFECT: method simplifies correction performance, increases degree of bone fragments stability, reduces tissue trauma.
