FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions concerns medicine, namely, traumatology. Super-osteal plank to the Kirschner wire with a support for perosseous osteosynthesis at multisplintered fractures of the top third of the shin bone is executed in the form of a star with four tops, with the central aperture for the Kirschner wire, dredging for support of the Kirschner wire and a cut from the mentioned aperture for placing of the Kirschner wire. The method includes a cut of soft tissues, pulling of the Kirschner wire with an acorn-tipped support percutaneously-perosseously through the osteal fragments by drilling, creation of compression of the osteal fragments. After pulling of the Kirschner wire, the above-stated super-osteal plank is put on the Kirschner wire, and the second extremity of the Kirschner wire is fixed on the basic adaptation.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides possibility of creation of high degree of stability of osteal fragments, at treatment of multifragmentary types of fractures of a metaepiphyseal zone of the top third of tibial bone.
