FIELD: manufacturing process.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to apparatus for solid crystallised polymer particles. The apparatus includes a moulding device for obtaining molten polymer in a quench chamber with an inlet for cooling liquid for quench of the said molten polymer in the cooling liquid for obtaining solid polymer. Also, the apparatus comprises a device for removal the cooling liquid that is in communication through the fluid with a quench chamber, to remove a significant amount of cooling liquid from the solid polymer. The apparatus comprises a channel for transportation of solid polymer from the device of removal of the cooling liquid in a heated liquid into the riser with upward floorage. At that, the riser with upward floorage is designed to lift solid polymer and a heating fluid up of the system of solid-state polymerisation reactor.

EFFECT: reduced heat loss in implementation of the process of simultaneous forming and crystallisation of the polymer particles in liquid.
