FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to aircraft with parachute wing for control over gliding, vertical takeoff and landing. Aircraft 1 comprises parachute wing 2 with truncated-cone-main frame. Said parachute wing is arranged around aircraft. Aircraft 1 comprises propeller 10 to compensate for moment of rotation generated by parachute wing 2, horizontal thrust engines 11 and engine 12. Engine 12 serves to rotate parachute wing 2 and propeller 10. Parachute wing main frame is provided with air intakes made up of cutouts arranged all over the wing perimetre and parallel with lateral generating lines of cone and furnished with plates 14 repeating cone surface shape. With parachute wing rotating, said plates 14 open to generated additional vertical thrust to allow aircraft to glide with engines 11 shutdown.

EFFECT: higher reliability and safety, possibility to glide with shutdown engines.
