FIELD: aircraft engineering.
SUBSTANCE: claimed aircraft comprises fuselage (1), starting engine (2), rotor (3), cockpit with controls (52), antitorque rotor with drive motors and parachutes. Fuselage (1) represents a carcass design. Starting engine (2) can be either ICE or turbojet engine. Rotor (3) are fitted on the engine (2) output shaft and arranged inside aerodynamic ring (31) with airfoil (38) shaped to truncated cone and nozzle-like airfoil (39). Extra hydrogen jet engine (60) is set at the craft centre to control the thrust vector.
EFFECT: decreased flight altitude, higher controllability and safety.
