FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermal control systems mainly, of telecommunication satellites, to their manufacture and ground tests. Components of said systems, e.g. pump, hydraulic accumulator, etc, have inlet and outlet unions with shoulders while adapters with shoulders make their connection pipelines. Proposed method comprises match welding of adpressed butts of shoulders (1.1.1) and (5.1.1) of adjacent union (1.1) and adapter (5.1). Preliminary, bushes 6 with grooves (6.1) arranged opposite the joint and slits (6.2) are fitted in semi-seats (1.1.2) and (5.1.2). In compliance with this invention, additional similar shoulders (1.1.3) and (5.1.3) are made on outer surface of said unions and adapters (1.1.3) and (5.1.3). Besides, repair pairs of parts are made, that is, intermediate adapter with shoulders nearby its faces and bushing with two grooves. In case joint proves unsound, union section and adapter section (together with bushing) arranged between aforesaid additional shoulders (1.1.3) and (5.1.3) are split. Split elements, all parts of bushing included, are removed. Aforesaid bushing with two grooves and intermediate adapter are fitted between faces made in splitting union (1.1) and adapter (5.1). Faces are adpressed and welded together. Note here that bushing grooves are located opposite the butts.
