METHOD OF PRODUCING SPACECRAFT HEAT CONTROL SYSTEM FLUID CIRCUIT Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC B64G1/50

FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spacecraft heat control systems with their fluid circuit using hydraulic accumulator with sealed gas chamber filled with two-phase fluid. Assembly comprises assembling fluid circuit and performing tests for leaks. Thereafter, fluid circuit is evacuated and completely filled with deaerated (without dissolved water) heat carrier. Then vacuum being created above heat carrier mirror in filler chamber, preset portion of heat carrier is drained from fluid circuit into filler space and said fluid circuit is cut off the filler. Then temperature and absolute pressure in fluid circuit are measured to determine, proceeding from measured data, the compliance of deaeration degree of heat carrier filled with required standard (preset ratio is met). If said ratio is not met, then fluid circuit is completely refueled and, then required portion of heat carrier is drained from fluid circuit into filler inner space.

EFFECT: higher quality of fabricating said fluid circuit.
