FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to space engineering and may be used in manufacturing of thermal control systems (TCS) of space vehicles (SV). Method for control of heat carrier amount in liquid channel of SV thermal control consists in the following: in the process of hydraulic accumulator manufacturing, on its body in various positions of movable bellows bottom, numbered scratch marks are made opposite specific magnet position on outer surface of hydraulic accumulator. The marks correspond to certain values of gas hollow volumes. Then values of gas hollow volumes against mark numbers diagram is plotted, and this diagram is enclosed to hydraulic accumulator log book. When heat carrier amount in liquid channel of TCS is checked the hand tool sensing element containing reed switch is moved in proximity over scratch marks till reed switch closes. According to scratch mark number above or near which reed switch has closed, current value of gas hollow volume at the measurement and heat carrier amount in liquid channel of TCS is determined.
EFFECT: increased loading density of SV instrumentation in allocated working space.
