FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lifting-and-conveying machines, in particular, to cargo vibration dampers and may be used in hoisting crane with swinging boom. Proposed suspension comprises deflecting units, rotary deflectors, rotary equalising units and units of hook cartridge fixed on cartridge movable axle. Said rotary deflecting units and rotary equalising units are fitted on rotary axle mounted on crane boom perpendicular to boom lengthwise axis, at a distance from boom end. Rotary deflecting unit is fitted on movable axle of hook cartridge. Load rope envelopes said units to form triple tackle. Planes of rotary deflecting and equalising units fitted on rotary axles and plane of deflecting unit of hook cartridge are located perpendicular to boom plane and in plane of cargo crosswise swinging while planes of deflecting units and units of hook cartridge are parallel with boom plane.
