FIELD: rope lifting mechanisms.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the design of mechanisms for lifting and moving crane trolleys. The lifting device contains a mobile trolley installed on the crane track, equipped with a pulley for lifting/lowering the load, a cargo suspension, a lifting electric winch, stationary relative to the crane track, a guide rope assembly, a rope, one end of which is fixed to the drum of the lifting winch, and the second end passes through a guide rope assembly, a pulley and is rigidly fixed at the end of the crane runway. The axis of the lifting winch drum is located perpendicular to the vertical plane passing through the longitudinal axis of the crane runway and contains additional guide blocks. The mutual positioning of all the guide blocks of the guide rope unit and the winch drum, as well as the use of a pulley, in which all its blocks are located in the same plane, ensure the operation of the rope under conditions of only tension and bending, without torsion during lifting and transport operations.
EFFECT: achieved is the elimination of conditions for rotating the cargo suspension during operations of lowering/raising loads.
