SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a towing apparatus attached to a working machine for towing an object intended for towing. The towing apparatus is comprised of a body frame, a winch fastened on the body frame, a connecting unit on the body frame for attachment to the working machine, a movable pulley unit with a hook for connection with the object intended for towing, with at least one movable pulley, and a cable fixing unit available provided on the body frame for fixing the front end of the cable pulled from the winch. The cable is wound on a movable pulley in the movable pulley unit between the winch and the cable fixing unit. The body frame comprises a base with an upper surface whereto the winch is attached, and a wall rising from the base, provided with a connecting unit. The angle formed by the base and the wall when viewed from the side constitutes an acute angle.

EFFECT: creation of a safe and easy in use apparatus used when attached to a working machine, such as a front end loader, for towing heavy cargo, such as a large vehicle, is achieved.
