METHOD AND UNIT FOR POULTRY MANURE PROCESSING Russian patent published in 2012 - IPC C05F3/00 C05F3/06 B09B3/00

Abstract RU 2447045 C1

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to agriculture, namely, to processing of poultry manure. Poultry manure is mixed with cellulose-containing wastes at the ratio of 1:1 - 1:0.7 by weight, heated without contact with head carrier and subjected to pyrolysis at 500-550°C to obtain mineral carbon residue and vapor-gas phase. Said vapor-gas phase is processed to separate solid mechanical admixtures and condensed to produce liquid fuel and pyrolysis water. Uncondensed portion of vapor-gas phase is dried and used as inverse gas fuel. Fuel gases resulted from combustion of gas fuel and liquid fuel are used as initial heat carrier for maintaining pyrolysis temperature while heat carrier used in pyrolysis is used as heat carrier for heating mix of manure with cellulose wastes. Proposed unit comprises pyrolysis reactor made up of horizontal cylindrical jacketed chamber with two face covers. One of said covers is provided with extrusion nozzle, vapor-gas mix and solid residue discharge assemblies including discharge branch pipe communicated with auger conveyor, mixer made up of driven shaft with vanes equipped with scrapers, and feeder made up of case with heat exchanger jacket, initial raw stock loading bin and auger with variable-pitch drive and blade on its end face, flue-gas pump with vapor-gas phase discharge branch pipe, air cooling condenser, drier, device to separate liquid fuel from water, furnace to combust fuel and produce fuel gases and mixer of the latter with air downstream of air cooling condenser communicated with pyrolysis reactor jacket inlet. Reactor jacket outlet is communicated with inlet of feeder heat exchanger jacket. Note here that feeder is communicated with pyrolysis reactor thermal treatment chamber via extrusion nozzle.

EFFECT: reduced costs, self-sufficient method, higher ecological safety.
