FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves a preparation step, wherein starting material is crushed and heated to temperature 50-60°C; pyrolysis is carried in a reactor at temperature 480-600°C and pressure 0.1-0.15 MPa; the obtained vapour-gas mixture is separated into fractions via two-step condensation: at the first step at temperature from 280-320°C to 110-120°C to obtain high-boiling components and at the second step at temperature from 110-120°C to 50-60°C to obtain low-boiling components of liquid fuel and uncondensed vapour-gas mixture. The apparatus is fitted with a crusher, and the reactor thereof, which is inclined at an angle to the horizontal, is fitted with a material feeder, having a heating jacket in form of a vertical cylindrical housing.
EFFECT: faster process of processing wastes, increased energy-saving, wider base of the obtained hydrocarbon material.
