FIELD: waste processing and disposal.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for utilization of such wastes of food industry as brewer grains, beet roots, manure droppings with high humidity, as well as bones of fruit products. Proposed unit comprises reactor composed of auger feeder with screw pitch, knife at its end and draw plates decreasing from inlet to outlet, a thermal chamber equipped with a stirrer with a drive, a unloading device for a solid residue, as well as a furnace for fuel combustion and obtaining a heat carrier, an exhaust fan, a heat exchanger, means of cleaning, drying and accumulating secondary gaseous fuel. Plant is equipped with a storage hopper of raw material, which is made in the form of a vertical housing of rectangular cross-section covered by an external jacket. Inside the housing there is a mixer consisting of a horizontal shaft with blades. Actuator is located outside the housing. Screw serves for removal of raw material from accumulator hopper and its movement into feeder and then into reactor. Lower part of the hopper of the accumulator, where the auger is installed, and the body of the feeder are made perforated and equipped with jackets for collection and removal of the liquid fraction from the raw material. Unloading device is also equipped with a slide shutter, knife and spinneret, located respectively on inlet branch pipe into unloading device, at screw outlet end and bin hopper housing outlet end, provided with a receiving chamber with a nozzle for the ground solid residue outlet. Gas-diesel power plant is used as the device for power generation. For power supply of pyrolysis process of raw material the plant is equipped with facility for production of suspension fuel.
EFFECT: enabling expansion of technological capabilities of the plant; invention enables to dehydrate raw materials prior to pyrolysis utilization, which substantially speeds up the process and improves the quality of the secondary product, preliminarily solid residue is ground for further preparation of suspension fuel, to generate electric energy which can be used for own needs and supplied to outside consumer.
