FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed engine comprises working cylinder accommodating opposed pistons, explosion chamber formed by bottoms of said pistons, fuel and air mixer coupled via camshaft drive with cams, pneumatic accumulator to feed air into explosion chamber and spark plug. Proposed engine differs from know designs in that said floating and spring-loaded pistons are provided with channels to communicated explosion chamber with piston forward chamber and aligned central bores with dado on face, on the side of explosion chamber. Cylinder is confined by face walls with channels and stop, and provided with slide valves fitted in central bores, valve sizes being equal to those of dadoes. It is provided also with hydraulic drive, poser accumulator articulated with working cylinder, said hydraulic drive and oil vessel, dual-action pneumatic pump with chamber divided by spring-loaded piston into chambers, one being communicated with explosion chamber and atmosphere while another one being communicated with atmosphere and pneumatic accumulator to create pressure therein. Power accumulator is made up of two hydro pneumatic accumulators communicated, in turns, with working cylinder inner chamber, oil vessel and hydraulic drive, and, via exhaust pies, with atmosphere. Pipelines communicating hydro pneumatic accumulator with working cylinders and hydraulic drive accommodate cleaning filters.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, reduced emissions.
