FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to engine engineering, in particular to automobile engines but can be implemented in other power engines. A chamber engine comprises ignition system, fuel-gas charging and exhaust valves, camshaft with cams interacting with the said valves, camshaft drive and working medium; according to the invention the engine is equipped with combustion, accumulating power and working medium charge and dozing chambers, with pneumatic accumulator with a spring loaded piston, with distributor with a valve and additional cams, assembled on the camshaft, at that the power accumulating chamber is connected to the combustion and charge chambers; the pneumatic accumulator is divided with the spring loaded piston into two cavities; the distributor via its inlet channel and a pipeline is connected to the combustion chamber, and via its outlet channels it is connected with charge and dozing chambers and also with a lower cavity of the pneumatic accumulator, the upper cavity of which communicates with environment and with a fuel supply device; the additional cams are assembled on the camshaft, one of which interacts with the valve, connecting dozing and combustion chambers, while another interacts with the distributor valve. The invention increases reliability and durability of an engine, it also facilitates adjusting of output power of an engine during operation, as well as upgrading its specific power and economic characteristics.
