SUBSTANCE: body of a valve from synthetic material comprises a bearing structure. The bearing structure comprises a ball of a valve with a through hole, two support rings arranged oppositely to each other and one connecting element that connects the specified support rings. The bearing structure fully separates the valve ball from the synthetic material of the casing. The specified bearing structure is enclosed into a shell from the synthetic material of the specified casing, formed during casting of this casing, and comprises fixing supports made in the specified connecting element having the cylindrical shape. Support rings are arranged at the previously determined distance from each other to form a gap between a valve ball and support rings, which are fixed in the specified position. Areas of contact of support rings with a cylindrical connecting element are fused or adhered.
EFFECT: simplified manufacturing and improved tightness of a ball valve in a casing of synthetic material.
