FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: module consists of external protective cover (1) representing a closed cavity - cover. The cover includes insert (8) that is made depending on stereometry of a heat and sound insulation object. Modules made for objects of different shapes have passed tests and proved operating reliability of utilities. Use of mobile heat and sound insulating modules will allow reducing energy losses by many times (up to 20 times) and noise level to 30 dB.

EFFECT: mobile modules have simple design and can be easily installed, removed and used, and when proper operating conditions are met, their service life will be at least 20 years at heat insulation points.
