FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus for remote measurement of vibration parameters of an object, primarily a diffusely scattering object, includes a telescope in the object focal plane of which there is a digital photodetector connected to an information recording, storage, processing and display computer unit, which is mounted on an antivibration base and additionally includes a coherent radiation source, which is mounted such that its radiation is directed into the region of intersection of the optical axis of the telescope with the surface of the measured object, and a beam splitter which is placed on the optical axis of the device before the photodetector, where an eyepiece for visual guidance onto the object is placed on the optical axis of said beam splitter. The radiation source is fitted with a beam size former. The photodetector is in form of a matrix of photodetector elements with an electronic shutter and is information-connected to the computer unit, where said electronic shutter ensures simultaneous exposure of all formed frames of the photodetector elements. The optical axis of the telescope lies perpendicular to the surface of the measured object.
EFFECT: high measurement accuracy with a simple design.
