FIELD: measuring.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to creation of optoelectronic devices intended for detection, measurement of parameters, registration, expert analysis of authenticity and quality of manufacturing of diffraction and holographic optical elements (DOE and HOE). Device comprises a source of constant coherent radiation in the form of a laser, an optical system in a lensless design for illuminating the sample, a device for fixing the sample, a sample positioning system based on a hexapod, an integral diffraction response receiver, a control and calculation device with a neural network. Control and calculation device is made with possibility of receiving signal from integral diffraction response receiver and with possibility of constant coherent radiation source control, sample fixation device, sample positioning system and integral diffraction response receiver.

EFFECT: providing automated control of the quality of DOE and HOE on the production flow.
