FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has two modules (D1, D2), lying on both sides of the glass tape (G), wherein each module (D1, D2) lies adjacent to the surface of the glass tape, and an isothermic space forms around each device (TS, TS2) for measuring temperature of the tape using a thermal and an optical insulator (3, 4).
EFFECT: high measurement accuracy.
