FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises viscometric module arranged in vacuumed water-cooled chamber. Besides, said device includes electric heater, rigid part of suspension system with crucible with preset-weight melt. Note here that flexible part of suspension is located outside of heating zone. Also, device comprises mirror, light source, photoreceiver, syringe-like dispenser with at least one portion of alloying elements, visual control assembly, suspension attachment and rod. Note here that device comprises additionally tube, funnel with rocker, cover, dispenser control unit, and actuator. Note also that dispenser is made up of drum furnished with n through holes with one portion of alloying elements in every said hole. Note that suspension attachment is made up of flange with at least one through misaligned hole, tube is jointed with said flange while funnel rocker is jointed with suspension flexible part. Note here that funnel inlet diameter exceeds that of tube. Note that hollow rod is jointed with funnel and crucible cover. Dispenser control unit is jointed with actuator made up of, for example, step motor. One of said drum n holes, suspension flange inlet, funnel with rocker, rod and cover are aligned.

EFFECT: simplified procedure, higher accuracy and validity.
