FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: hydrogen fluoride generator (apparatus for feeding a gas mixture), having a pressure vessel, a feeder, a throttling device, an evaporator, a carrier gas, wherein the pressure vessel is a compressor which feeds the carrier gas (air) at stable excess pressure; the feeder is an air stabiliser; the evaporator is in form of a vessel (flask) which is inert to the aqueous solution of the reactant and vapour of the gaseous mixture inside, wherein the second end of the inlet pipe of the evaporator is the solution of the evaporator, the outlet pipe is in the space over the solution, where partial vapour of the gas is directed by the excess air pressure into an ejector, where the entire evaporator is inside a temperature-controlled cabinet in order to eliminate the effect of ambient temperature, where the first gas channel for air contains a compressor, a stabiliser, a throttle, a check valve, the inlet pipe for the evaporator, vapour of the gas over the solution, the outlet pipe, the ejector, an outlet line for the gas mixture, two more streams of the carrier gas are fed into the ejector: the first is undried air in the channel from the compressor through a second stabiliser, a second throttle, a first T-branch into the ejector, the second is dried air in the channel from the compressor through a third stabiliser, a third throttle, a drier, a first T-branch into the ejector, from which the air mixture (carrier gas) and the determined gas are fed for analysis into a gas analyser or for some other use of the gas, wherein the hydrogen fluoride (hydrofluoric acid) solution is used as the aqueous solution of the evaporation space.

EFFECT: ensuring gas generation volumes required for calibrating and increasing accuracy of setting concentration of the control gas mixture of gas analysers and a novel apparatus for generating hydrogen fluoride.
