FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: device contains a hydropneumatic unit with openings, a reaction vessel, an aluminium cup, a heat-insulating shield, a heat-transfer plate, thermistor and thermometer, diametrically arranged two Peltier elements, two radiators and two fans, a tee-piece with calibration gas mixture outlet union and a union for diluting air inlet, a body, a cover, and connecting pipes. The hydropneumatic unit is installed in the reaction vessel with the possibility of its preliminary cooling. The thermistor and the thermometer in the hydropneumatic unit are located in a common chamber filled with acid.
EFFECT: increased reliability, reproducibility of resulting calibration gas mixture in a simple and fast transition from one acid concentration to another.
