SUBSTANCE: parallel negative feedback circuits comprising interfaced high-pass and low-pass filters and a differentiating filter are introduced into a compensation accelerometer.
EFFECT: wide bandwidth, considerable loop gain, which determines the accuracy of digital readings in steady-state conditions, the wide bandwidth is due to realisation of a self-oscillation mode.
