FIELD: device can be used as sensitive element in radar and guiding systems as well as in stabilization systems; it can be also used in compensation-type mechanical value measuring devices.
SUBSTANCE: two channels in the circuit of negative feedback are introduced into the device. One channel is analog one and goes from output of amplifier to one input of torque detector through the following elements connected in series: first logic gate, first NOR circuit which has the other input connected with reference voltage generator through second logic gate, first precision relay element, ripple filter, mated high-pass filter, first voltage-to-current converter and first adder. The other channel, which has to be digital one, is introduced from output of amplifier to the other input of torque detector through the following elements connected in series: first logic gate, first NOR gate, first precision relay element, ripple filter, low-pass mated filter, second adder, second relay element which has two outputs connected with inputs of two sync generators, deviation sign flip-flop, first pair of NOT gates, first pair of AND logic multiplication gates, first reversible binary counter which has one output connected with sum register. Two channels -analog channel for stabilizing transient process and digital channel for removing digital code accompanied with continuous digital filtering of output data - introduced into the device provide output of current data not during specific time interval but continuously.
