FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: light-emitting-diode lamp contains globoid made in the form of regular/semiregular polyphedron consisting of two parts with surface in the form of regular polygons with LEDs located on them and communicating through in-built power supply unit and screw base. Surface of regular polygons is made concave and each part of polyphedron including the part with screw base has electric contact elements that come into contact when parts are connected into single globoid. For the purpose of polyphedron parts interconnection into single globoid one part is equipped with permanent magnet and the other with ferromagnetic plate.
EFFECT: diversification of LED lamps and simplification of their assembly procedure.
