FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: light-emitting diode lamp comprises a ball-shaped body made of two parts connected as capable of disconnection and arranged in the form of hemispheres, besides, each part comprises a cap. A lamp holder is proposed for a light-emitting diode lamp. It comprises two adjacent holes to install caps of one light-emitting diode lamp and an additional electric contact with the possibility of its adjacency to bases of each cap. The lamp holder body is equipped with elements for fixation of caps.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to expand assortment of light-emitting diode lamps, to simplify technology of their assembly.
