SUBSTANCE: invention suggests method for control channel resources allocation inmobile communication system using orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM). The method contains steps in which if time index and frequency index of accessible resource elements (RE) are set as 1 and k respectively, accessible REs are split into two-dimensional structure (k,1); and each RE is assigned at first by time to multitude of RE groups while time index l for each frequency index k is increased from initial value to predetermined range.

EFFECT: resource allocation in downlink control channel via first by time method in mobile communication system using OFDM.
