FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and can be used to care for bedridden patients and the disabled. The multifunctional device consists of structures easily assembled with the help of threaded connections, contains a bed in the form of a three-section functional bed with folding, easily removable, side rails. The ends of the bed have connections with two vertical volumetric structures. Each vertical structure has two guides along which the carriage moves vertically, connected to one of the ends of the bed. The movement of the carriage is provided by an electric drive with a vertically positioned power screw. The connection of one carriage with the end of the bed allows the bed to rotate around the longitudinal axis. The connection of another carriage with the bed has two telescopically connected pairs of pipes that change length depending on the difference in the position of the carriages relative to the floor, which makes it possible to change the angle of the bed in the transverse direction - trendelenburg/ antitrendelenburg function. Between the end of the bed and the telescopic connection there is an electric gearbox that rotates the functional bed relative to the longitudinal axis. Vertical volumetric structures in the lower part are connected by a horizontal volumetric structure. Each horizontal structure, which is half the length of the multifunctional device, in its middle part has two vertically located caster wheels with brakes and an electric jack at its edges. The tops of the vertical volumetric structures are rigidly connected to each other by pipes that serve as a double Balkan frame. The stock has four symmetrically located folding, easily removable, side rails with reliable fixation in the raised position. Each rail has a series of vertical rails along the bed, into which combs are inserted, which are fixed at different heights. Each comb has a connecting unit with the base of the soft element, which has the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped with a length less than the width of the bed. There is a set of soft elements. One soft element is fixed horizontally. In the middle of the horizontally installed soft element, a vertical tube wrapped in the soft element can be installed. Two padded elements are fixed at a 45 degree angle across the bed. There is also a soft element that is vertically positioned against which another vertical soft element can be pressed. he set of soft elements also includes a portable pillow less than the width of the bed, and a bracket is attached to the head end of the functional bed, which can be installed so that the soft element of the bracket overlaps the patient's forehead. Each guardrail has a window into which a lateral stop can be inserted with a comb moving in the transverse direction, with a soft element at the end.
EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities, in particular, based on the possibility of a comfortable finding of the patient in any position relative to the space, expanding the range of medical, hygienic, rehabilitation and resuscitation procedures, improving patient care without the application of significant physical efforts on the part of the attendant and, as a result, positive impact on the health of seriously ill and disabled people.
