SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. A manual breast pump comprises a cylindrical hollow piston with a circular slot in a lower end, a suction cone connected through a fluid passage to an upper end of the hollow piston; the lower end of the hollow piston comprises a circular gasket made of a soft elastic material and having two sealing lips oppositely directed with respect to a ring matrix, each of which is directed at an acute angle to an axis of the hollow piston with the ring matrix being leant against a slot bottom; there is also a cylinder with a closed lower end wherein the hollow piston is movable in an axial direction. The gasket with the two sealing lips is arranged to make a seal between an internal wall of the cylinder and the hollow piston, while the suction cone is provided outside the cylinder. There are disclosed structurally different versions of the manual breast pump.
