SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Breast pump for expressing human milk from breast contains the first thoracic funnel for placement of the first breast of the user; vacuum pump in fluid communication with first thoracic funnel to create low pressure inside first thoracic funnel; and control unit for control of vacuum pump. Control unit is made with possibility to actuate vacuum pump in two different modes, connection mode and milk expressing mode. In the connection mode, the control unit is configured to control the vacuum pump to create a low pressure inside the first thoracic funnel, which is constant in time, allowing the user to connect the first thoracic funnel to the first breast and ensure connection of first thoracic funnel to first breast after connection. In the milk expressing mode, the control unit is configured to control the vacuum pump to create a variable-time low-pressure profile inside the first thoracic funnel for expressing milk from the first breast. Disclosed is a breast pump for expressing human milk from a breast.

EFFECT: connection of the breast pump to the breast in a simpler and more convenient manner.
