FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device intended for separation, concentration and cleaning of solutions by electroosmotic filtration, electromicro filtration and electroultra filtration and may be used in chemical and other industries. Apparatus comprises flanges, channels to feed and discharge separated solution and to discharge permeate, DC feed device, separation chambers arranged in series, overflow orifices, electrodes and membranes. Alternating dielectric chambers of the housing have three semi-elliptical-shape profiles with ledge and recess on each side on said chambers. Housing dielectric flanges have three semi-elliptical-shape profiles on one side. Top section of said profiles represents semi-elliptical profile with seven holes arranged in a line. Lateral sections of semi-elliptical profile are provided with three lines of holes, seven holes in each line. Spaces formed by alternating dielectric chambers, housing dielectric flanges and corrugated unipolar-porous plate electrodes form channels for discharge of cathode or anode permeate. Top section arranged at 15 mm from top of reverse-osmosis membrane pack edge with vertical alternation of dielectric chambers is provided with central openings to receive electric conductors. Turbuliser screen extends in all intermembrane channels via overflow elliptical openings arranged on alternating dielectric chambers. Dielectric element is applied on all apices of said screen at points of its contact with the surface of reverse-osmosis membranes. Polymer dielectric screen made up of several rows without interweaving is arranged on both sides of aforesaid screen and secured without tensioning between adjacent dielectric elements of every row. At the distance of 10 mm below dielectric flanges made are holes to receive electric conductors. At 10 mm from top section of channels intended for feeding and discharging separated solution provided are central holes to receive electric conductors. Conductors are connected to turbuliser screen. Jointed dielectric flanges are arranged so that semi-elliptical profiles of alternating dielectric chambers are displaced relative to each other by one semi-elliptical profile. Corrugated drainage screen, corrugated unipolar-porous plate electrode and reverse-osmosis membrane are placed on said profile, either anode or cathode membrane depending upon ''plus'' or ''minus'' connection scheme.

EFFECT: increased area of reverse-osmosis membranes, higher quality and efficiency of separation, reduced influence of concentration polarisation in electrobaromembrane apparatus.
